UFO Report from , Connecticut

Sat on my back steps to have a cigarette at about 9:00pm. I looked to my right and a bright blueish white light flashed from about ten feet down from neighbors tall maple for about a second before going behind next-door neighbors roof line. It was at a distance so it looked like an inch long florecent light, it was to low to be a shooting star and to fast to be a jet landing at local airport. Probably would have dropped saying anything here, but it happened less then two months ago in the exact same location, with the exact same details. This occurred in Hamden, CT.
