On 12/28 around 9 pm went outside on balcony and witnessed this maybe a UFO.

Unknown: Forgive me , I'm really not trying to be critical but I must ask you to read the report you posted and then ask yourself if what you just read makes a shred of sense. Maybe you don't know how a site like this works. I urge you to read some of the other reports and try again.
