Dec 16, 2022. 1:15 AM. Took a walk to admire Mars and the Constellations on a clear night in a dark area. Caught movement extremely high coming from the SW to NE thru Scorpio. From the speed assumed it was a satellite. It was fast but was weaving back and forth like a sine wave. It also made loops twice at high speed. Extremely high speed that no jet could match. Couldn't make out the structure but it also pulsated changing between rose, bluish green white and orange. Had an odd feeling and felt the hair on the back of my neck stand up. Waved like an idiot but it was extremely high so no encounter. Maybe less than a minute before it was over the horizon.
