UFO Report from Madeira Beach, Florida

Looking over the ocean to the west. Noticed an object moving oddly in the sky. At first I thought it was a satellite. But then its movement was anything but north south or east to west. If you enlarge the picture you can watch it change colors like a nuclear reaction.
