Witness Account
At around 1 a.m. I witnessed a orange sphere rotating over San Pablo Bay in Northern California. It was increasing in its RPM with “Tesla like” bolts shooting from the sphere. Over a brief 30 seconds the bright orange glow slowly dimmed and the object left briefly after. I have video evidence as well but it isn’t the best quality.
