I live in tucson,az. It was about 830 9pm, I was taking out my trash and I noticed what I thought was a star till I noticed it was moving in my direction, it was redish orange. Watched it for about 30s then it changed trajectory and just shoot up towards the sisters and disappeared. Seems like this happens as soon as we notice them, like if they know we're seeing them.

KenM: I had a very similar occurrence on 12/6/24 in Massachusetts. Two very bright white objects came over the parking lot and turned off right when they got over my head, and haphazardly floated up and out of sight. With their lights off I could see they were two round balls about the size of beach balls with a very dim red static halo around them.
