While lounging on our deck I noticed very bright white circle above our house... I zoomed in with phone and the object appeared to be a white phosphorus orb with reddish hue it was static for an hour and looked to be dancing around in very sharp angles... it was only 1 orb, my brother who lives 2 miles away saw as well he is a pilot and tried to fly Drone up to was unsuccessful he said was 1350 ft in air roughly I have video and pics.
