Location: Portsmouth, Rhode Island

I was sleeping in my bed opposite from my brother. In the middle of the night I heard my dachshund starting to growl. I didn’t want her to wake anybody else so i grabbed her and held her. I then looked at the curtains across the room and noticed it was daylight outside. I went to the curtain looked to the right and saw the streetlight near the street. I then looked to the right, and saw a huge ball of light hovering about 10 feet of the ground in a field. There were dogs barking at it. I was so scared, I couldn’t move or speak. I told my dad about it. It was incredible!

My second encounter was the winter of ‘75. I was guarding some c-130 aircraft at Pease Air Force Base in Portsmouth New Hampshire. (About 8 miles from Exeter New Hampshire ), (when I heard the radio just filled with chatter. I looked up, and there were 5 oval type objects back to back and going slowly over the alert aircraft area. We were all scared! The next day, we were told that we saw nothing. To this day, if my friends from that night talk about it every time we talk. We all remember!!
