Observed a pulsating pair of round connected blue lights at 11pm 10-7-23. I first noticed the lights traveling from north to south at about 55 degrees from the horizon to the east. The lights stopped suddenly and then reversed course and traveled significant distances in multiple directions. This happened several times. I called my wife out to look but she was unimpressed at the unusual movements of the lights. PI could not tell the size of the object or the distance from my house. After about two minutes of observing the erratic movement of the lights, the lights suddenly plunged straight down to the south east and disappeared from my view.
