Blinking Blue UFO - Abbeville, Mississippi

Arround 1 am on the border of Abbeville, MS and Oxford, MS, I witnessed a slow moving craft that looked like a straight line. It had blue lights that blinked almost like a light bulb would during a power surge. It moved almost impossibly slow and not as high as a plane. I thought it may be a drone but it was nothing like any drone I have ever seen. It was just 500 yards away from me and did not make a sound.
