Around approximately 2am to 4am at vassey creek boat ramp in Inglis Florida, two to three lights were seen above the horizon. One light was very bright and a second light was not as bright. A third light would show up occasionally. The lights would fade in and out periodically and move around in the general area and closer and farther apart but did not move around in the sky. The lights faded in and out every few seconds and lasted for over an hour.
