Location: Seattle, Washington

I live by Lake Washington and I was out for a walk with my dog, at about 10:30, I looked up to see if I could see any stars, and, about 300 yards in front of me and to the west, I saw a dark outlined shape fly going to my right. It had 4 lights, two large ones at the top and two small ones at the bottom. It was honestly astonishing for me, because I’d never seen a UFO before. I can’t think of anything to explain it, it moved too fast to be a plane and I didn't se any wing silhouettes of wings in the dark. And, I saw a commercial plane flying pretty close to it, and I thought “isn't that a safety hazard? Why are they flying so close” In addition, I saw no red or green flashing lights on the sides like most planes. This occurrence was crazy and I’m glad I witnessed it.
