Witness Account
Approximately 7:50-7:55 AM. Out on lanai noticed an erratic moving flair of light extremely high going NNE. Thought that it was plane but planes move in a straight path. This “flair” was irregular “Circle” opposed to the light of an airplane or helicopter. Looked through binoculars to see, again, an unusual form moving up and down going NNE.
