Driving westbound on Pershing Blvd on 2/12/2023 at 1919 hours- 1923 hours, I witnessed a diagonal, stationary string of lights hovering, like lit pen lit up with white, non flashing, Christmas lights. The lights were not bright white in color like a helicopter or airplane. Driving further west I was able to stop and obtain video of the object from the parking lot of a Gold’s Gym. There appeared to be at least 75 lights in a straight line on the object, evenly spaced within feet of each other. When video began, the long string of lights (a few football fields long) slowly and smoothly moved northeast, and its lights gradually vanished into the darkness of the sky.
To the south, within a couple of miles from my viewing angle were two stationary aircraft that appeared to be “of earth” that did not advance to the unidentified object an did not vanish into the darkened skies with the object. NOTE: The proximity of the unidentified object along the Pershing Boulevard Route towards the west side of Cheyenne is within miles of Warren Air Force Base.
