Location: Casper, Wyoming

Just before 8:00 p.m. I observed lights rising from the west horizon. They were very evenly spaced single line it remained in the single line for approximately 15 minutes then proceeded to disappear from the bottom up one at a time. I photograph them and I took a short video of them.
