Liquid metal like object observed between Roosevelt and Vernal Utah. Object was see through but reflective as well. Saw the bushes from the ground in was flying above. No noise but animals moved away from the area.(rabbits and cows) Phone did start to freak out dialing 911 and calling other numbers as well and taking pictures of the sky and my face. Did receive minor burns on my hands that was determined to be radiation burns.
