It looked like a big white long board surf board and it was zipping from cloud to cloud over and near the Elizabeth city coast guard base and they sent planes, helicopters and jets to fly after it and try to catch it? It also caused a 7 car pile up on pear tree road because every one driving was looking up! This was about 3pmish
