Witness Account
Bright light north of orions belt near horizon line. Moving in odd circular motion and blinking occasionally. Not a normal flight path and no sounds of rotating blades. Light is now bright enough to emit halo effect in cloudless night sky. Has drifted more west but still in odd circular fashion. Blinking has stopped.
